Jay Neal Sampson Sr., 61, Loving husband, father, grandfather, son, nephew, uncle, and brother, passed away on March 13, 2018. He leaves behind wife Tracy Sampson, sons Jay Jr. and Jeffrey, grandchildren: Taryn, Reagan, Jace, and Jeffrey Jr.; Brothers and Sisters: Karen and Danny Oney, David and Roxie Davis, Bill and Michelle Davis, and Linda and Dan Vermillion, uncle Robert Couch, as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ellen Sampson, and mother and father in law, Eual and Francis Davis.
Friends and family may visit from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Thursday, March 22, 2018, at Indiana Funeral Care, Harry W. Moore Chapel, 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, Indiana, with a funeral service to begin at 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.

I am so sorry for the loss of Jay, one of the most wonderful men that ever existed. Now I just heard that Tracy, your mother, just passed away…who was so giving and kind…..I am sick to death about you losing both of your parents Jeffrey and JJ at such a young age…..they were some of the best people in the world….I will forever be puzzled as to why God called them both home so soon….
